I have been serving a professional role as an Operation Management Consultant where the main skill bases are in the business process improvements, productivity and system improvements, change management, risk management, internal control, material or inventory management, plan and strategy, coaching, performance management, risk management, and so on. These skills were obtained when I started to work as an operations consultant from Junior Consultant (Engineer), Senior Consultant, to Project Director for a U.S. consulting firm and a Swedish consulting firm to help the clients to improve their management control system in some Indonesian and other Asian countries operations based clients. Thus some of the results contributed for the clients were cost reduction in some area of development, savings and percentage improvements in yield and even sold some projects in various clients from ceramic industries, steel pipe manufacturing, silver jewelry manufacturing, palm oil mill and refinery, textile industries, and furniture industries. Moreover, as my experience outside of the management consulting industry, I have also worked as a Managing Partner and Business Development Manager helping the owner of the company to create more systematic operations to improve sales and revenue. I have recently spent my career being in charge for the position as a factory manager for an Italian shoe manufacturer, for its Indonesian shoe factory opening.
