Johanne Fondrouge has carried out numerous mandates, including marketing and communications strategic planning and market development for various start-up companies in Canada, the United States and Europe. She founded Thèm concept in 2007, and Thèm marketing in 2014 and has since contributed to the success of a great number of companies.
Since November 2014, Johanne Fondrouge is a member of the Expert Group for Groupement des chefs d'entreprise du Québec.
