Fenella has many years of international business leadership and project management experience. She has worked with and led teams around the world, including Asia, the USA and Europe. Most recently, while based in Europe, she has focused on project leadership and change/HR management for global change programs and ERP implementations, reporting to board level.

After completing an engineering degree in New Zealand, Fenella worked in manufacturing and operations management for 12 years, leading teams of up to 70 people. During this period, she was also certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) by APICS. She then moved to Europe to complete an MBA at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris.

 Fenella is committed to treating people with respect, emphasising simplicity in best-practice ways of getting things done, making decisions in a timely fashion, ensuring transparency and the sharing of information. She is highly result-oriented and focused on robust processes to ensure objectives are delivered on-time and within budget.
