  • Lead the Procurement function redesign in several medium to large size enterprises, in Canada, France and China, from full assessment* to the deployment of the new organization.
  • Lead several Sourcing categories strategies helping several mid to large size enterprises to achieve substantial benefits by increasing the saving rate by 3 times in average
  • Through a full value stream process mapping , redesign and deploy a complete new organization  with multiple sites around the world allowing the implementation of world-class practices that improved payment terms by 2 times, reduced process time and PO lines by more than 50%, improved days of inventory by 2 times as well as achieve more than $7M of cost avoidance on purchase prices Vs market trends on all major raw material.
  • Successfully deployed training program in private and public organizations in Europe, North America and Asia to achieve the required soft and technical skills level to deploy best in class procurement practices such as, procurement: classic levers and advanced levers, management of a purchasing department, ect..
  • Lead a major cultural change in one of the most important city’s senior management team in France to drive the new orientation required regarding the procurement function roles and responsibilities.
  • Developed a new electric vehicle from concept to production in less than one year by building a purchasing function that find, select and co-ordinate suppliers able to develop and produce the vehicle components in a simultaneous engineering environment.
